Located under the shadow of St. Peter's Church in Riga old town and New Zealand managed, this bar is the place to meet both locals and those new to town. It's bright and vibrant and the layout of the bar gets everyone interacting with each other, sharing gossip and the news of the day. The friendly banter is helped along by the staff, who are always willing to give their opinion and advice in true Kiwi fashion. And of course, for those who like betting and watching their sports, there are plenty of TV screens with good sight lines, so you never miss those all important games. 
No Problem
Overlooking Cathedral Square No Problem offers a huge bar, a central stage, excellent wait staff, an incredible beer selection, live music concerts and beach bar atmosphere with hundreds of tables and comfortable chairs. If not for the views of the cathedral and the Baltic weather you might actually think you were at a stylish resort. Over 20 different beers are on draught, including the excellent local Valmiermuiža and foreign classics like Guinness and Pilsner Urquell, and a solid menu of international dishes from burgers and burritos to steaks and seafood.
Bon Vivant Bar
If you want to get Belgium you need not buy the ticket to Brussels, you can open yourself to the world of „Bon-Vivant” the Belgium Beer Cafe – in the center of the capital. Paddy Whelan's, the first Irish pub in Riga, offers a total of 15 different kinds of both local and imported beers and ciders. They have an extensive menu with not only traditional Irish dishes, their Indian chefs are proud to offer Indian home-style cooking at affordable prices as well. Here you can sit back and relax in this kicked-back atmosphere and watch live sporting events on either a large screen or any of the numerous flat screen TVs on both floors. There is also a small smoking area on the second floor. When legendary Irish singer Shane MacGowan from the Pogues was in Riga, this is where he came for a Guinness and a whiskey. Paddy's has hosted plenty of musicians and bands throughout the years. If you happen to be a travelling musician then talk to the management and don't be afraid to show off your skills in our pub. In this pub you can also get connected to the world wide web through their WIFI router. Just tell any member of our staff if you need to buy an internet access card.
